    This drink with garlic, is tasty, less hot, less smelly and very effective in fighting cold,sore throats, infections and RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS . Is your picky eater prone to frequent cold ? This is the right drink to enhance his/her immune system. Kids love it ! Garlic is still hailed as the best medicine for a variety of diseases. Its fighting mechanism in our body against illness is a very remarkable process. It helps in curing a wide range of symptoms ranging from infections to cancer. Garlic milk is helpful to reduce inflammation, stiffness and pain of the joints caused by Rheumatoid arthritis and Osteoarthritis.

    Ingredients:
    1.A cup of milk.
    2.Garlic cloves - 3.
    3.Sugar to taste.
    4.Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp.
    5.Honey (optional) - a Tsp.
    6.Black pepper powder(optional) - a pinch.

    How To Make
    1. Crush the garlic cloves a little with the sides of a knife or a garlic crusher. ( Note: Do not crush them hard. We want them in whole. We are crushing a little just to open the pods for the juices to flow out.)
    2. Boil the milk with these crushed garlics in it.
    3. Add the turmeric powder.
    4. Let the milk,garlic and turmeric boil thoroughly till the garlic is soft when pressed. Keep stirring the milk so that it doesn't get sticky at the bottom. A tip here is, you can add a spoon of sugar and dissolve it in milk before it goes on heat. This will help in avoiding the milk sticking to the vessel.
    5.Bring the milk to a warm state and add sugar to taste.
    6. Drink the milk and make sure you eat those cooked garlic cloves.

    If you like the taste of honey, you may try substituting sugar with honey. Make sure you add honey only when the milk has cooled down to warm state. Honey with hot milk kills the benefits of both. As much as honey soothes a sore throat,

    CORRECT METHOD:

    1. Boil the noodles in a pot of water.
    2. Once the noodles are cooked, take out the noodles, and throw away the water which contains wax.
    3. Boil another pot of water, add the cooked noodles into the hot boiling water and then turn off the stove.
    4. Only at this stage when the stove is off, and while the water is very hot, add the flavouring powder into the water, to make noodle soup.

    Always "SHARE" with friends and family

    Put shaving cream on your feet.
    In a bucket or sink, combine equal parts warm water and Listerine.
    Soak a small hand towel in the solution of water and Listerine.
    While the shaving cream is still on your feet wrap the wet hand towel around your feet and let it sit for 30 minutes.
    After 30 minutes, use the towel to rub your feet. Some of the calloused and discolored skin will rub off.
    Apply a healthy amount of lotion to your feet.

      also put a small cut in the middle and put these two pieces in glass of water
      cover the glass and keep it at room temperature during night. early morning, before breakfast simply
      remove two pieces of lady finger from the glass and drink that water
